Office Administrator (part-time)
We are looking for a reliable person, who will undertake administrative tasks ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work.
- Supporting the smooth running of our accountants’ work in 5-6 hours on a daily basis
- Filing and scanning appropriate documents as needed
- Formatting and printing relevant documents
- Managing outgoing post and recording data on special deliveries
- Close cooperation with respective departments
- 0-2 years of experience in similar position
- Solid Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Precise, attention to details
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Helpful attitude
