What was your motivation for your application to PS?

I heard about PS from an earlier group mate who had been working with them for some time and said that it was a good place and I should send my application to them. I came from Szeged, first I tried to find a job there, but after several unsuccessful attempts I turned my attention to Budapest and was among the first to send an application to PS. I was looking for a reliable workplace with youngish, pleasant working ambiance. Based on what I had heard, I could find it at PS. I liked what I heard about them, and this view was not changed by the interviews either, on the contrary, I became more resolute to join them.

What duties do you have?

I have a very multifaceted job. Fortunately, I can deal with companies where I can experience everything from A to Z. I have already performed all kinds of tasks ranging from receiving incoming invoices through registration, checking and preparing tax returns to preparing reports. I have a special customer where liaison has become highly important in the last period. Thanks to this task I can fine-tune my communication skills both verbally and in writing.

What is a challenge for you?

For me a challenge is achieving new goals that I was missing in my life, i.e. leaving my comfort zone. These show me a step forward, a new opportunity for self-realisation, in career and development of my personality.

What kind of support and training did you receive that contributed to a great extent to the success that you achieved at PS?

New Joiner Trainings are very useful. Even for a fresh graduate or when changing to a new workplace and seeing for the first time a book-keeping programme and processes used there, everything is understandable after these training sessions. The objective of this series of training sessions is to prevent being right away beyond your depth, but to thematically build up and teach new joiners what their duties will be and how they can efficiently perform it. I deem communication training very useful, this area can always be developed.

What is success for you?

For me it means primarily self-realisation, achievement of the goals that I have set. But we can consider success from various points of view. It is already success when you understand the working processes, what you are just doing, and you have a complete picture. Success means also when you obtain new knowledge or have a fine dinner with your colleagues or prepare a good supper.

Boglárka,
Accounting Intern

Mindenképp olyan céget kerestem gyakornoki időszakomra, ahol aktívan részt vehetek a könyvelési folyamatokban. Aztán megtaláltam a PS hirdetését, ahol olyan hívószavak szerepeltek, amik nagyon szimpatikussá tették a céget: így például  kiemelt fejlődési lehetőséget adnak a képzések, a rotációval többféle iparágból származó ügyfélnél van lehetőségem sokrétű tapasztalatot szerezni, ráadásul a home office lehetőség is adott.

When I first learnt about PS, I was looking for an internship program. I really liked the idea of working as a part-time intern while I was still a college student.
