What was your motivation for your application to PS?

During the university years many of my friends started to work as intern with PS. All said that it is a fine workplace with much opportunity for professional development. The experience gained there is recognised by the other market players too.

 

What duties do you have?

Currently I work in the office of a customer, primary I am responsible for controlling. Additionally I am involved also in monthly closing and reporting processes.

What is a challenge for you?

To encounter during my work tasks that require new way of thinking, viewing and where I can gain skills that earlier I did not possess. I am making efforts to carry out all tasks with the highest possible level of precision.

What kind of support and training did you receive that contributed to a great extent to the success that you achieved at PS?

I would highlight two processes, the first one is the evaluation method used in PS, the second one is the STEPup internal coaching-mentoring process. The first is needed for developing skills in my work, the second can help with my career plans.

What is success for you?

I find any situation a success where I overcome my earlier weaknesses and rise above them. This always makes me feel good during my work.

Mindenképp olyan céget kerestem gyakornoki időszakomra, ahol aktívan részt vehetek a könyvelési folyamatokban.
