What was your motivation for your application to PS?

After the second year at the university when I was looking for a place for my mandatory four-week summer practice I chose PS. My decision was motivated by my intention to have my summer practice at a market leader enterprise that has connections with both domestic and international companies and can greatly contribute to the start of my professional career. This was 6 years ago when I started in the position of book-keeper intern, but after the practice I stayed with PS and since that time I am working here.

 

What duties do you have?

I participate in the complete book-keeping processes of various companies. This includes, in addition to basic book-keeping duties, also customer communication, monthly and quarterly reporting processes, year-closing and report preparation, taxation matters and annual audit-related tasks.

 

What is a challenge for you?

For me generally tasks to be carried out in new unknown professional fields that require problem-solving capability and solution-oriented attitude are a challenge.

 

What kind of support and training did you receive that contributed to a great extent to the success that you achieved at PS?

When I joined the company I attended training courses for two weeks. This included all basic skills required for the initial job (accounting, taxation, software skills). The structure of these training sessions has since then changed and been upgraded, but anyway it provides the fundamental knowledge for joiners. Additionally, during these years my professional development was continuously ensured by PS.

I always received from my seniors and supervisors the due attention and help, be it work related matters or private life.

 

What is success for you?

For me success means solution of challenging tasks and problems arising during everyday work, be it professional or any other challenge.

Mindenképp olyan céget kerestem gyakornoki időszakomra, ahol aktívan részt vehetek a könyvelési folyamatokban.
