What motivated you to apply to Process Solutions?

I started my internship as a student worker at PS, in the payroll department in 2008. During this period I became aware of the complexity of the different tasks and also recognized the wide range of opportunities in this field. I also found the friendly and informal atmosphere very attractive, so I decided to give it a try.

 

What tasks do you have as a Senior Manager?

The tasks of a senior manager are very diverse. Beyond checking whether the work is precise and accurate it is very important to support seniors and assistants as a leader and also acknowledge the needs of the clients. Therefore, in addition to a strong professional knowledge, it is essential to develop and support colleagues, meet with clients, solve issues quickly and efficiently, and introduce new processes as well as develop current ones.

What do you consider as a challenge?

Handling these tasks simultaneously is always a challenge. However, I always find new challenges interesting, whether they involve setting up the payroll process of a new client or improving and perfecting old processes.

 

What kind of support and training did you get that helped you to be such a successful employee of PS?

I have received a lot of support from my colleagues over the years and, without a doubt, I gained most of my professional knowledge from them.

Moreover, PS supported my official professional training, and other training organized locally or by an external provider also gives us a great opportunity to keep our professional knowledge up to date and to improve our leadership styles.

 

What do you consider as a success?

Training and helping my colleagues has always been important for me, so it is always a great achievement for me to see their success and professional progress. Having positive feedback from our clients also confirms that the team is successful in handling different projects.

Mindenképp olyan céget kerestem gyakornoki időszakomra, ahol aktívan részt vehetek a könyvelési folyamatokban.
