What was your motivation for your application to PS?

When I approached the end of my college studies I spent my practice semester with PS, since then I work here. I was learning at BBS where I met the company that was very sympathetic for me. I was looking for a workplace where development opportunity is ensured at professional level.

 

What duties do you have?

When I started to work with PS I was assigned to a super team where I was responsible for basic documentation, processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, bank registration, etc. I was working for one year at a customer where I widened my knowledge with various skills. Currently I work in the position of Semi Senior with responsibility primarily for coordinating assistants’ work, controlling, preparing reports, tax returns, tax calculations and reports.

What is a challenge for you?

For me challenge means ongoing development. Since at PS rotation is a generally applied principle, and different tasks are performed at different levels, I have the opportunity to obtain greater experience, to learn new things, thereby to widen my knowledge and view.

What kind of support and training did you receive that contributed to a great extent to the success that you achieved at PS?

As an intern I participated in the new joiner series of training sessions that helped summarise general knowledge. Later I could participate in skills development training sessions too. It is important to mention that the knowledge obtained by us is continuously developed to follow changes in legislation.

What is success for you?

For me success means achieving the goals that I and my seniors have set for me. For me it is also important that my work is recognised.

Mindenképp olyan céget kerestem gyakornoki időszakomra, ahol aktívan részt vehetek a könyvelési folyamatokban.
